We're a small, independently owned shop serving the Chicagoland area in Crest Hill, IL.
Vintage audio equipment is our specialty, but we work on newer equipment, too! We perform repairs and restorations, speaker repair, tube testing, equipment and part sales, and more!
We service all makes and models of speakers, subwoofers, receivers, amplifiers, turntables, CD players, reel-to-reels, cassette decks, and more!
Due to the overwhelming demand for repairs and restorations as well as challenges in service part availability, turnaround times are running much longer than we would like. We do the best we can to process customer jobs in a timely manner and will continue to do so to the best of our ability. Any new major repairs and/or restoration jobs placed will have a turnaround of approximately 12-18 months until we are able to find technicians to join us. We sincerely apologize for the lengthy delay and truly appreciate your patience while we continue to work through our back log that hovers around 100 customers in line at any given time.
The Speaker Port has officially obtained rights with Grado! Cartridges and replacement styli for your newer and vintage audio turntables are now available for purchase in-store and here on our website*. We may not have all products on hand, so handling time will vary depending on our current stock. Grado's line of headphones will be available for online purchase soon, but can be ordered in-store, as well!
*Grado products are only available for shipping inside the United States. Any orders with a destination outside the US will be canceled.
